Swiss planning standards

Cloya isn't international software with a Swiss language pack. The standards Swiss offices draw, measure and submit by are the starting point, not an add-on module.

SIA 400

Dimensioning and plan labelling follow the SIA 400 conventions. Coming from a Swiss office, you don't have to unlearn your drawing standards. The plan looks the way it should.

CRB structure

Quantity takeoff follows the CRB structures Swiss offices calculate and tender with, so the quantities coming out of a plan speak the same language as the cost planning behind them.

Building submissions are going digital, and a digital signature is more than a picture of one: it has to hold up as a qualified electronic signature under Swiss law. That's what Cloya is being built for.

bimover is based in Aarau. Cloya is built here, for the way Switzerland builds. EU business customers are welcome: data can be kept in Switzerland or the EU, hosted by us or run by you.

Cloya ships in stages. Anything marked “in development” is not in the product yet. We'd rather tell you where we are than what sounds good.

Hosts invite by link, guests step in through the browser, and the native apps stay the fastest clients for day-to-day work.

What sets it apart from general office tools is that Cloya is built for AEC. Reviews run not only on PDF, but across PDF, DWG, IFC, images, and panoramas. Close to BCF/openBIM, with modern UX and data control up to self-hosting.
